How Old Do You have to Be to Use Invisalign®?
We treat patients ages 12 and up for Invisalign®.
How Long Does the Invisalign® Treatment Take?
This ultimately depends on the patient. However, typical treatments last between 3 to 24 months. During your first appointment, we’ll be able to give you a better estimate of what your treatment time will be.
Can I Eat With Invisalign® Trays?
No. Patients must commit to wearing aligners 20-22 hours per day. That means you only have a few hours collectively each day to do all the eating and drinking (other than water).

Get mouth cleaned and free of disease

Take comprehensive photography and determine goals
Step 03
Take 3D scans and record bite
Step 04
Determine simulated outcome and timeframe

Manufacture Invisalign® aligners
Step 06
Place "attachments" and perform individualized tooth slenderizing
Step 07
Change aligners once per week and visit Dr. Z every 4-8 weeks
Step 08
Remove attachments and perform any post ortho treatment desired
Step 09
Take 3D scans for life-long retainers
